Support for persons falling under the Dublin III Regulation
The Dublin III Regulation came into force in 2013 by the European Union. It determines the Member State responsible for considering an asylum application.
As a result, several thousand people are transferred from one European country to another every year within a strict procedure. Their preparation and social support are often neglected and the continuity of care is not always guaranteed at the destination.
Since 2015, ISS Switzerland has been working with the canton of Vaud to ensure that those concerned have access to essential services once they arrive. We provide them with all the necessary information before departure.
